Our philosophy

The choice to aim only for Made in Italy products – entirely designed and manufactured by our technicians – is a winning strategy for Officine di Cortenova. At the beginning of the years 2000, two of our patents – the OSCA 2000 tool handle and the OSCA EVO club hammer head – experienced a real boom. In a time of globalization and standardization that has often led to a levelling down of products on the market, Officine di Cortenova continues to strongly believe in quality as a distinctive feature of OSCA branded tools. All our products – hammers, sledge hammers, club hammers, chisels and any other hand tool that can be used in the mechanical tooling field – stand out for the very high quality standards that characterize them.

Production

All the tools present in the Officine di Cortenova catalogue are entirely made in our production site, where experienced and highly-qualified staff follow every step of the production cycle. All stages of manufacturing are carried out by our technicians, who follow every step of the production process with the utmost care, subjecting it to strict quality controls. The operations are carried out with the latest generation numerical control machines: our company has always strongly believed in innovation and technological development, which are indispensable for the realization of products able to represent the best available on the market. In particular, our production cycle goes through the following phases:
